Demon's raids

"What is this proposition?"Zenith asked Chiks

"Well I will tell you the details after you accept because I am sure you will find the information very helpful." Chiks told him. "Oh maybe I should let you know what the information is about? It concerns your son. I may know where he is and what demon you should be hunting down."

A tear rolled out of Zenith's eye and down his face.
"I accept"Zenith said"All i know is that a gate must be opened along the way,with a demon's heart as sacrifice"
Zenith put his sword onto his back and got down on his knees
"Please..help me find my son"

"Not necessarily a demon's heart, but if you aid me and my girl here I will present to you the demon and bring back your son safely back to you. You see we are not all bad. Its quite the change you had from a moment ago. Well now I will seal the deal with my mark upon you which will disappear as soon as the deal is done." Chiks said approching him and placing his right hand upon his upper arm.
A symbol on the back of his hand started to glow and a sharp burning feeling shot threw the part on his arm. It took only a few moments before he pulled away leaving the same mark on the back of his hand on his arm.
"If you break the contract. Then well... I will leave that to your imagination. The contract will be done as soon as you susseful escort me and the lady her to where we require upon that I will return your son safeily to you and provide before you the demon that has him encaged. Understood?"

"...Fine"Zenith said and stood upright"With what do you need aid?"

"I need you to protect the girl for me. It seems she cant do that on her own. I can't be around all the time. I must see to my own in the underworld after all. Time is fleeting and a raid will be passing by her tomorrow so if your staying the night you best be ready to leave by sunrise." He told not just the man but Bex as well.
The Thunder and rain subsided as Chik's dissapeared once again.
Bex sighed releaf as she sunk to the floor more relaxed now, but drenched from head to toe.
"I still never get use to him being around." She muttered.

"Get the demon"Zenith said"We will then check the village for supplies and leave before nightfall"

"I think you misunderstood his terms. He wants you to get us where we are headed first. Unfortunately I have no idea where that is either, or how long it will take. Chiks is one to hold out on his deals and rarily plays any tricks, he hates wasting time. We best get to work though night will soon be upon us." Bex said getting up ring out her clothes the best she could before she started to track back in the majors house. "Sin!?"

"We can still gather supplies"Zenith said following Bex"How am i supposed to get you to an unknown location?"

"Chiks has been guiding me their I assume we will have everything we need by morning. Its how it usually works. Fresh clothes, food and whatever is need for the day ahead. He will also bring us a map of where we are heading next, so their is no rush just enjoy the night and relax." Bex told him none to pleased about it, but seeming so lost in her own world of thoughts as well. "By the way I think you should apologize to Sin."

"Maybe i should"Zenith said"If he wasnt in his demon form,maybe this would have turned out differently"
Zenith entered the house and started searching

"I guess it depends if he could not help it then he could not help it. It was much to my shock as well. Besides you both have goals and they are both far none to different." Bex said trying to give them some common ground as she helped him look.

Zenith spotted a staircase leading down in the corner of the room and then Sin coming up from it,looking sad
"My father has passed away"Sin said then paused and looked at Zenith"Why is he here?"

"I'm sorry to hear." Bex paused for a breaf moment as in to give her repect. "He has come to apologize."

"Yeah"Zenith said"Sorry,Sin"
"You wouldnt have got me anyway"Sin said"Anyway,whats the plan for today?"

"Why hype that up." Bex shook her head at his reply. "Well not much besides finding a place to settle. We will need the rest Chiks does not make things 'easy'. He says the more the challenge the better one develops."

"I suppose"Zenith said"This Chiks fellow sure is strange though"
"Yeah"Sin agreed"I'm kinda scared of him,plus I don't like demons too much"
Zenith let out a laugh at the irony and smiled

"I guess... He just showed up one day. I was all alone just me. Everyone else had been wiped out by the virus or the raiding demons, so I started to travel rather then just stick a round. One night it was just so cold, I was starving and dehydrated. I had no idea how to hunt and the water I came across was always filthy so I dared not to drink it. Then he appeared took care of me. Ever since then that's what he has done. Brought me food, clean water, surplices and clean clothes. It did not come without a price tho. In exchange for life and his protection I have to help him out when the day calls for it." She told them. "I have no idea what it is but the world has nothing more then death to offer now. I don't think he is happy about the raids and I think he intents to stop it, so he cant be all that bad right?"

"Maybe"Zenith said"But i'd like to find out how he knows about me,and he never told me if if my son was ok"

"If he is going to return him safety I assume that bit is ensured. How he knows about you? I don't know he knew me too... I can ask him so many things." She sighed. "On the other hand do either of you know how to light a fire?"

"Of course"Zenith replied"Where do you need it placed?"

"Some where it wont burn the rest of the house down?" She replies.

Zenith went into a large living room at the back of the house and he gathered rubble from the floor and put it in a circle.Zenith then put his hand into the middle of the circle,preparing to do something

Bex watched on in curiosity.

Sin was also watching,wondering what he was attempting to do

Zenith's entire body glowed a faint red and the red slowly builded up into the hand in the circle,suddenly catching alight
"Anger burns"Zenith said taking his hand out and shaking the fire from it,leaving a warm fire burning in the middle of the rock circle
